Cara provides expert personalized functional nutrition therapy services by applying evidence-based nutrition science principles to advance the health and improve the quality of life of her clients. During her time in clinical practice, she has helped many improve their health and chronic disease conditions.

 In 2021, Cara earned a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University of Health Sciences. She also holds the highly coveted and respected CNS designation (Certified Nutrition Specialist®) and is a licensed dietician-nutritionist (LDN) in multiple states. Prior to becoming a CNS and LDN, Cara earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 2007 and began her career in a professional business environment.

Cara currently volunteers on the Alumni Association Board for Sonoran University of Health Sciences. She also volunteers in a start-up research group that aims to conduct and publish evidence-based research related to nutrition and mental health.
